أكدت وكالة وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية، أهمية وجود بصمة مسجلة لمن كان عمره 10 سنوات وأكثر لإصدار بطاقة الهوية الوطنية.
بصمة مسجلة:
جاء ذلك في رد من الأحوال المدنية، عبر حسابها في “تويتر”: “العناية بالعملاء” ردا على سؤال مغرد استفسر بشأن مدى إلزامية وجود بصمة لحجز موعد لأحد الأنباء وعمره 11 عاما.
وأجابت الأحوال المدنية بقولها “يستلزم وجود بصمة مسجلة لمن كان عمره 10 سنوات وأكثر من خلال حجز موعد ومراجعة مكتب الأحوال المدنية لإصدار بطاقة الهوية الوطنية”.
وفي وقت سابق، حددت وكالة وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية خطوات تعديل المؤهل الدراسي عبر حساب المستفيد في أبشر.
وتشمل خطوات تعديل المؤهل الدراسي بالتفصيل ما يلي:

1- تسجيل الدخول لحساب المستفيد في منصة أبشر
2- تقديم طلب إلكتروني
3- الدخول إلى خدماتي
4- اختيار الأحوال المدنية
5- الضغط على تواصل
6- الضغط على طلب جديد
7- اختيار خدمات السجل المدني
8- الضغط على تعديل لمؤهل الدراسي
حالات لا تتطلب إحضار صور شخصية
في سياق ذي صلة، كشفت الحساب الرسمي لوكالة وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية ، عن حالات لا تتطلب إحضار صور شخصية أو تعبئة النماذج عند التقدم لها.
وأوضحت “الأحوال المدنية”، عبر حسابها على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “تويتر”، أن هذه الحالة تشمل الإجراءات التالية:
1- تجديد بطاقة الهوية الوطنية.
2- إصدار بدل تالف أو مفقود عن بطاقة الهوية الوطنية أو سجل الأسرة.
وشددت على أن هذا الإجراء ينطبق لمن كان لديه صورة وبصمة في سجله المدني.
